Nutrition advice is often generic and unsustainable, but my passion is helping you to combine effective workouts with a common sense, pragmatic approach to food to help you become a leaner, stronger, and better version of yourself.
Over the years I have trained in many different styles and environments. I’ve also played premier league cricket, run marathons, I’m a keen skier and currently compete in amateur strongman competitions.
From that experience I bring a variety of approaches into my workout programmes not only to ensure they are effective and focused on your goal but to inject freshness, motivation, and enjoyment into every session.
What I’ve learnt is that strength helps every goal, it keeps you lean, builds muscle, and makes you more athletic.
Even though I’m over 40, I’m fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been, so I’m passionate about the mantra that age is simply a number.
I believe that motivation stems from enjoying the process and I love helping my clients to relish their journey.
When it comes to nutrition, my philosophy is that nutrition isn’t necessarily complicated but figuring out what works for you can be tricky.
Your goals are individual to you so rather than give out cookie cutter programs and generic meal plans, I help you match the foods you love to your preferences and aspirations.
Having worked in a corporate job requiring lots of travel in the past, I’m adept at weaving exercise and nutrition seamlessly into your lifestyle. After all, exercise and healthy eating should be a natural part of your life, not an 8-week challenge.
As a coach, my job is to help you navigate all the roadblocks you face in everyday life through a comprehensive, personalised approach that works for you and your lifestyle.
Whether you’re looking for fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, endurance or improved health, I’ll develop an effective exercise programme and nutrition plan to ensure you exceed your expectations.
