My background? I played rugby competitively from a young age and continued through to university where I completed a sports degree and my Level 3 personal training qualification, I then went on to work with Harlequins RFC within their S&C set up before moving my focus back to personal training.
Now? I’m a Strongman athlete & coach. I compete regularly, most recently winning Britain’s Strongest Man u120KG in 2023. I’ve used that experience to help others to compete at local, national and even international competitions. From mastering the technique of heavy lifting to refining the mental fortitude required for these challenges, I’m dedicated to producing strength athletes who thrive in competition.
