While these sessions can be tough, they are fully scalable to all abilities and our highly experienced coaches will push you to get the most out of every session.
Our Hybrid fitness class is set against the backdrop of the great outdoors, giving you the chance to sweat it out in the fresh air while getting your heart pumping and muscles working. We’ve got top-notch equipment at your disposal, from Concept Bike Ergs to prowlers on our 20m track.
