Olympic weightlifting transforms how you move and think about strength. These aren’t your typical gym exercises – the snatch and clean & jerk demand everything from explosive power to millimetre-perfect positioning. Our classes break down these intricate lifts step by step, with coaches who’ve spent years mastering the art of teaching proper technique to lifters of all backgrounds.

You’ll start with mobility work and light loads, gradually building the foundation these lifts require. Every session focuses on quality over quantity, developing the timing and coordination that makes Olympic lifting so uniquely challenging. The progression might feel slow at first, but that’s exactly how lasting improvement happens.

Don’t worry if you’ve never touched a barbell before – many of our best lifters started exactly where you are now. The beauty of Olympic lifting lies in its complexity; there’s always something new to refine, whether you’re nailing your first clean or chasing personal records years down the line.

Each hour-long session will leave you mentally engaged and physically worked in ways traditional training simply can’t match. You’ll develop explosive strength, improved posture, and movement patterns that benefit everything from picking up shopping to playing weekend sports.
